Land Use Application to allow a 31-story, 500 ft. tall office building with 714,581 sq. ft. of office and lobby and 15,200 sq. ft. of retail at ground level. Parking for 466 vehicles will be located below grade. Review includes demolition of existing structures and a partial alley vacation. Project includes an Addendum to the Downtown Height & Density Changes Environmental Impact Statement (January 2005).
