Project proposes to subdivide one parcel into four unit lots in an environmentally critical. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 10,257 sq. ft., B) 10, 438 sq. ft., C) 10,768 sq. ft. and D) 11,670 sq. ft. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Parcel A is to remain undeveloped.
