Jan. 2, 2007: CANCELED PER APPLICANT REQUEST 3/3/07 JH. Shoreline substantial development Permit to allow the relocation of an existing cruise vessel passenger facility from Terminal 30 to Terminal 91 (2001 W Garfield St). Project includes demolition of four existing structures and construction of a 143,000 sq. ft. cruise terminal building on Pier 91, eight canopies, and three electrical substations. Project also includes removing and replacing asphalt, existing timber pile fender system, structural elements and maintenance dredging in vessel berth areas. Surface parking for 1,308 vehicles to be provided. Environmental Impact Statement is being prepared by the Port of Seattle. Related projects at T30-#3005881 and T91-#3005880
