Nov. 27, 2007: Land Use Application to allow an 8-story building containing 7,000 sq. ft. of retail at ground level and 140,263 sq. ft. of hotel (215 rooms) at and above grade. Below grade parking for 198 vehicles to be provided within the structure. Project includes 40,590 cu. yds. of grading. Existing structure to be demolished.
