Oct. 18, 2010: PROJECT CANCELLED 3/28/12 -- PROJECT HOLD 2/28/2012 -- Use Application to allow an 8 story (at Western Avenue) residential building in an environmentally critical area. Structure will contain 64 units, including three townhouse units that will be accessed from Elliott Avenue and two levels of parking for 46 vehicles to be accessed from Western Avenue. Project will include 4,000 cu. yds. of grading and demolition of the existing two story structure on site.
