June 19, 2008: Canceled for failure to respond to ECON 3-8-2010 sgp Land Use Application to allow two, 44 story towers over a 11-story base containing 11,460 sq. ft. of ground level retail and 267,000 sq. ft. of office. Towers contain 200 hotel rooms and 400 residential units. Below grade parking for 932 vehicles to be provided in 8 levels within the structure. Project includes 40,000 cu. yds. Of grading. Existing structures to be demolished. Addendum to the Downtown Height & Density Environmental Impact Statement dated January 2005 has been submitted.
