Oct. 27, 2011: Land Use Application to allow a 21,773 sq. ft. 1st floor expansion of an existing grocery store (QFC) and a 21,773 sq. ft. 2nd floor expansion of an existing mini warehouse. (The former liquor store space will be incorporated into the grocery store expansion.). Project also includes a two story parking garage for 540 vehicles. Environmental Impact Statement prepared under DPD Project #3008972.
