June 30, 2009: Land Use Application to demolish a 44,640 sq. ft. retail building to facilitate the Mercer Corridor Improvements. Environmental Review for demolition of this and four additional buildings is being conducted under Project #3010080. Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance dated January 2009 has been prepared by the City of Seattle, Department of Transportation.
