Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for future improvements to Sand Point Magnuson Park Boating Center. Improvements include 4 new floating docs, 3 new boat ramps and 605 ft. of new beach area. Project includes removal of a portion of the buldkhead, grading of 15,335 cu. yds. of materials to increase aquatic habitat and removal of several existing buildings and finger piers.
