Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow a 2-story 6,910 sq.ft. addition to main dock warehouse (13,800 sq.ft. of remaining warehouse) for new marine dispatch center, change 2,250 sq.ft. of the main dock warehouse to marine dispatch center, and a 2,250 sq.ft. interior addition to the existing marine dispatch center (total marine dispatch center 11,410 sq.ft.). Existing marine dispatch center to be demolished. All accessory to an existing transportation facility in an ECA (Coastal Transportation, Inc).

Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow a new 2-story, 12,000 sq. ft. marine terminal dispatch center, accessory to an existing transportation facility in an environmentally critical area (Coastal Transportation, Inc). Parking for six vehicles to be relocated on the site.
