2428 NW MARKET ST

Aug. 10, 2011: Land Use Application to allow a seven-story building containing 12,200 sq. ft. of retail commercial uses and four residential units at ground level, with 305 residential units above. Parking for 415 vehicles is to be provided in a below grade parking garage. Project includes demolition of existing structures, five on site and excavation of approximately 60,000 cu. yds. of soil.
