Dec. 18, 2012: Land Use Application to allow two office towers (one, 12-story and one, 13-story, 800,000 sq. ft.) with 4,000 sq. ft. of retail at street level. Parking for up to 1,120 vehicles will be provided below grade. Review includes demolition of 85,000 sq. ft. of existing structures. The facades of the two existing structures to remain.
