Project includes 18 townhouse units in four buildings (two, five-unit and two, four-unit structures) and 17 single family dwelling units (Seattle Housing Authority). Townhouse parking will be provided within the structures (parking for 18 vehicles) and the single family parking will be provided in detached garages. Final Environmental Impact Statement dated September 24, 2004 was prepared by Seattle Housing Authority.
