Nov. 7, 2012: Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow a 30-foot (wide) by 140-foot (long) boat ramp to be utilized by amphibious tour vessels (Ride the Duck) and construction of a 3-foot by 32-foot dock as moorage for an emergency response vessel. Project also includes 2,298 cu. yds. of grading. Existing structures to be demolished under a separate permit.
