April 16, 2013: Land Use Application to allow a 12-story, 160 ft. tall structure, containing 307,604 sq. ft. of office space above 4,210 sq. ft. of retail at ground level. Parking for 443 vehicles to be provided below grade. Review includes demolition of all existing structures (26,300 sq. ft.). An addendum to the South Lake Union Height and Density Alternatives EIS has been prepared.
