Feb. 28, 2013: Council Land Use Action to contract rezone 72,985 sq. ft. of land from NC3-65 to NC3-85 and to allow a seven-story 266 unit residential building with 24,869 sq. ft. of retail at grade. Review includes 17,600 cu. yds. of grading (15,000 cu. yds. cut; 2,600 cu. yds. fill) and demolition of three existing structures (35,318 sq. ft.). Parking for 269 vehicles to be provided below grade. Early Design Guidance conducted under Project #3012842.
