Sept. 25, 2013: Land Use Application to change a 10,800 sq. ft. portion of existing institution and art center (Cedar Park Elementary School/Cedar Park Art Center) from artist studio dwelling to institution. Review includes installation of eight new portable classrooms (6,616 sq. ft.). An environmental impact statement (Building Excellence Phase IV Capital Improvement Program Programmatic EIS), addendum and determination of non-significance have all been issued by Seattle Public Schools.

July 8, 2014: Permits issued.
