May 15, 2014: Land Use Application to allow a 12-story building containing 275,050 sq. ft. of office, and 13,800 sq. ft. of retail space at ground level. Proposal includes parking for 414 vehicles to be provided in 5 levels below grade. Project also includes 58,000 cu. yds. of grading, demolition of existing structures, and relocation of a historic landmark (Dexter Ave Street Clock).
