May 21, 2014: Shoreline Substantial Development Application to install a 1.2 mile multi-use trail, replace existing parking lot and add 13 parking spaces for a total of 45 spaces in an environmentally critical area (Arboretum). Review includes restoration of wetland, stream, and riparian habitat, including the daylighting of several sections of Arboretum Creek. Vegetation restoration plan has been submitted. Review also includes 9,325 cu. yds. of grading (6,240 cu. yds. cut, 3,085 cu. yds. fill).
