Below grade parking garage for 836 vehicles to be shared with project 3017321 at 110 9th Ave. N. A subterranean alley vacation is proposed. Existing South Lake Union Discovery Center to be moved to another site. An Addendum to the South Lake Union Height and Density Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is being prepared.
