Sept. 7, 2017: Land Use Application to allow a 54-story building with 275 hotel rooms, 280 apartment units and 3,250 sq. ft. of street level retail sspace.. Parking for 150 vehicles will be located above and below grade. Addendum to Downtown Height and Density Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared. The revision will not require further review by the Design Review Board.
