Land Use Application to allow a 24-story tower and an 8-story building containing 853,049 sq. ft. of office space and 23,128 sq. ft. of retail space. Parking for 877 vehicles to be provided below grade. Existing structures to be demolished. An alley vacation was requested and has been granted for this development. An addendum to the Downtown Height and Density EIS has been prepared.
