July 13, 2015: Land Use Application to allow a 54 unit residential development (eight townhouse structures with 37 units and 17 single family dwelling units) in an environmentally critical area. Parking for 85 vehicles will be located within the residential structures and unenclosed surface parking stalls. Final Environmental Impact Statement dated September 24, 2004 was prepared by Seattle Housing Authority.
