Nov. 16, 2015: Land Use Application to allow a 16-story medical office and medical support service building (5-story base on full block and a 11-story tower on east half of block) for Swedish Medical Center. A restaurant/café will be at street level and parking for 527 vehicles will be located below grade. Project includes an alley vacation, new skybridge and service tunnel. An Addendum to the Swedish Medical Center, First Hill Campus Final EIS for the Major Institution Master Plan, dated March 14, 2005 has been prepared.

Feb. 24, 2021: Permits issued.
