Existing NW hospital wing to be demolished (73,288 sq. ft.). Parking for 119 vehicles proposed. Existing sky bridge across Marion St. to be retained. An Addendum to the Swedish Medical Center, First Hill Campus Final EIS, Major Institution Master Plan, dated March 14, 2005 has been prepared.

Jan. 27, 2021: Permits issued.
