ZONING PAID COACHING REQUEST: a narthex and a support building addition to the East of the existing cathedral, and exterior and interior renovation works for the exsting cathedral. No change in use. The cathedral is permitted as a conditional use in SF 5000 zone; we would like to discuss requirement and exemptions for the new structures, especially about (but not limited to) height limit, setbacks and parking spaces.
