July 6, 2015: Land Use Application to allow two, 40-story towers and a 10-story podium building with 638 residential units, 10,509 sq. ft. of retail space, and 175,116 sq. ft. of office space. Parking to be provided above and below grade for 747 vehicles within the building. Existing structures to be demolished. Project includes an Addendum to the Downtown Height and Density Changes Environmental Impact Statement (January 2005).
April 11, 2017: Permits issued.
