We are correcting land and occupancy use per NOV #1033634 (project #6453535)
We are the first tenants in the space and were not aware that we needed to set both the occupancy and land use as a a new business. As it stands now our occupancy/use is that of a general nature and we need to correct that to be an A-2 occupancy and a drinking establish land use. No construction has taken place in the building and it remains as built and approved, this application is to correct our occupancy/land use only and address the NOV as noted above.
