Sept. 23, 2015: Land Use Application to allow three congregate residence structures containing housing for approximately 2,942 students. Existing McCarty Hall will be demolished. Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared by the University of Washington. Removal of exceptional trees has been approved through Streamlined Design Review.

March 18, 2016: Permits issued.
