The proposed Tenant is Boyer Children's Clinic which help children ages birth to teen who have neurological disorders or who suffer from developmental delays. The clinic provides services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy. It also contains an inclusive classroom which integrates and combines special needs children with those without developmental delays. Proposed improvements in addition to typical non-structural interior construction include, adding rooftop HVAC units, extending plumbing lines to pick-up proposed new plumbing fixtures, extending electrical panels up to the existing space and bringing in telecom lines.
