July 31, 2015: ZONING PAID COACHING REQUEST- Goal: add a live/work unit and additional dwelling unit to existing home in LR3-RC/UC zone. We understand a shoreline CUP is required for the new residential unit and the live/work unit must contain a water-oriented commercial use (23.60A.382). We would like to confirm this approach is compliant, discuss SCUP, and see if we can modify the "lowest floor level" via 23.60A.382.E.3.
