Sept. 30, 2015: Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into three parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 882 sq. ft., B) 882 sq. ft., and C) 1,980.2 sq. ft. Parcels A and B will be treated as a combined development site due to construction of two live/work units approved under permit #6412407. Project also includes unit lot subdivision of parcel C into two unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project #6428491. The subdivision of Parcel C is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots.
