Construction of a bird viewing platform and pervious ground surface trail located to the southwest of Yesler Swamp. The project will provide public viewing, open space, and restoration access per the attached plan. The trail to the bird viewing platform will tie into the existing pervious ground surface trail along the Yesler Swamp boardwalk/trail alignment (approved under Permit #6302004, issued by Seattle DPD on 2/27/14). Please note this is a separate project and is not proposed as a modification or change to the approved plans for the Yesler Swamp boardwalk.
