Nov. 1, 2017: Land Use Application to allow a 13-story addition over an existing 2-story landmark building (Firestone Auto Supply and Service Building) resulting in a 15-story office building with retail. The west and south facades of the existing structure to remain. Parking for 60 vehicles proposed. Project considers an option resulting in a 16-story building relating to the pending 2030/Living Building Pilot Program (LBPP) Ordinance.
