Shoreline Substantial Development Application to demolish and replace existing timber deck and supporting timber piles of Pier 62 and a portion of Pier 63 with concrete deck and new steel piles. Project includes new float system (boat moorage) and gangway to the south side of Pier 62 (3,000 sq. ft.) for small boat moorage.
Determination of Non-Significance and Central Waterfront Master Parks Plan EIS dated 2006 has been prepared by Seattle Parks Department.
July 25, 2017: Permits issued.
