Aug. 11, 2016: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow a 3.6 acre public park containing a new covered shelter, pathways, bathroom, bike rack and hand-carried boat launch. Project includes 12,000 cu. yds. of grading and soil remediation, creation of a natural beach line and revegetation of the site. Existing structures, piers, bulkheads and rip rap to be demolished. SEPA Threshold Determination has been made by the Seattle Dept. of Parks and Recreation.
