Sept. 13, 2016: Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow a new 6-story structure with 62 residential units and 3,955 sq. ft. of retail and 2,892 sq. ft. of restaurant use, adjacent to an existing landmark building (Ainsworth and Dunn warehouse). The project includes a third story addition to the landmark building and a change of use from restaurant and office to 32,377 sq. ft. of office use. Parking for 60 vehicles will be provided below grade.
Sept. 12, 2017: Permits issued.
