Nov. 28, 2016: Shoreline Substantial Development Application to repair and reconfigure an existing residential pier. Project includes removing a portion of the pier and 5 piles, installation of grated decking on the remaining pier and on a new 100 sq. ft. ell and the repair of 12 remaining piles. The concrete bulkhead is proposed to be removed and replaced with 12 cu. yds. of crushed rock to create a new beach and cove.
