July 5, 2017: Shoreline Substantial Development application to transport sewer and stormwater to West Point Treatment Plant via a 2.7-mile underground tunnel. (Seattle Public Utilities, Ship Canal Water Quality Project). Crossing under the Ship Canal occurs at 3600 3rd Ave NW and 3623 Leary Way NW. Environmental review includes projects 3028108, 3028109, 3028110, 3028112, 3028113, 3028126, 3028128, and 3028129. Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement dated January 2017 has been prepared by Seattle Public Utilities.

Jan. 31, 2018: Permits issued.
