Modernization of Lincoln High School and Site Improvements. Additions for mechanical spaces and new entry and storage. Reconstructing north parking lot. Demolition of boiler housing structures on the east side of the central wing.
Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the complete interior high school remodel and re-roofing to approx. 178,578 SF of existing 4-story historic landmarked masonry structures, fire alarm upgrades for approx. 70,852 SF of existing 1-story structures (gym, auditorium, classroom annex), and general construction of approx. 11,967 SF of new 3-story building additions. Building Work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, and food service. Site Work includes building demolition, utilities, paving, landscaping, irrigation, and related site improvements. Right of way Work includes curb ramp replacement, sidewalk repairs, and street trees along Interlake Ave N, N 43rd Street, and Woodlawn Ave N.
