Oct. 17, 2016: Land Use Application to allow a 40-story building containing 266 residential units and 4,594 sq. ft. of ground-level and mezzanine retail. Parking for 63 vehicles will be provided below grade. Existing building (Broadacres) will remain on site; the other building (MJA) will be demolished. Early Design Guidance conducted under Project #3016702.
