Feb. 22, 2017: To repair existing residential dock on Lake Washington. Replace framing and decking. Stringers to be 4" x 8" ACZA treated fir. Joists to be 6" x 8" ACZA treated fir. Worn wooden decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Piles to be sleeved with HDPE sleeves/tubes as shown on plans. Boat house to be repaired as shown. Boat house cover to be replaced with plexiglass/translucent material (specifications available upon request).
