Feb. 22, 2017: Legalize the non-conforming basement unit. When I purchased the house, I was getting mail for it as apt B, however when I rented it out, I had a DCI violation because it didn't have a permit. I've added in an egress window to the basement bedroom which was the only item I am aware of it needing.

Currently the entire house is rented out (as a single unit to a family) and they've requested it be made a legally conforming unit.
