March 11, 2017: Description of Work:
 Reconfigure existing piers
 Reconfigure existing boat cover at NE corner of site.
 Remove existing covered moorage at center of site and replace with new 8000 SF fixed boat cover.
 Relocate existing 151 SF float on south side of shore to NE corner of site for the kayak launch with new 6'-0"x4'-0" grated aluminum ramp with handrails
 Remove the existing boat cover at the NE end of site and replace with a new 1600 SF overwater marina office/caretaker's unit/shop.
 Add new 150 SF on land restroom/shower at NE corner of site.
 Add (5) new floating homes at north end of site. Each home will be approximately 1200 SF building coverage.
 Roofing material for covered moorage to be non-translucent polycarbonate.
