(Seattle Public Utilities, Ship Canal Water Quality Project). Crossing under the Ship Canal occurs at 3600 3rd Ave NW and 3623 Leary Way NW. Environmental review conducted under project 3024714. Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement dated January 2017 has been prepared by Seattle Public Utilities.

March 16, 2018: Permits issued.
