Nov. 3, 2017: Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three parcels of land. Project also includes unit lot subdivision of Parcel X into two unit lots. The construction of two commercial units with apartment units above and two townhouse residential dwelling units have been approved under project number 6545834-CN & 6566140-CN. This subdivision is for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the individual commercial units with dwelling units above and residential townhouse units. Development standards will be applied to the development site as a whole and not to each of the new parcels and unit lots.
