705 NE NORTHLAKE WAY

Jan. 20, 2018: The site has two covered moorage piers with several slips on each pier. There are also three existing open moorage finger piers. The piers abut the shoreline where a concrete and wood apron extends across the majority of the shoreline. There is a single moorage float off of the eastern pier that is accessed via a wooden ramp from the eastern pier. The proposed project is to replace the existing solid decked moorage float built on large logs with a new fully grated moorage float built on solid plastic, foam filled flotation tubs. The existing mooring pile and access ramp to the moorage float will be retained. The new float will be the same size, location and configuration as the existing moorage float avoiding impacts to lake bottom below. No additional work is proposed.

Canceled.
