May 24, 2018: EDG -The purpose of this submittal is to request a Land Use Pre-Submittal Conference to discuss the potential McDonald's Redevelopment at 5400 14th Ave NW as mentioned below.

Existing Conditions
The project site, located at 5400 14th Ave NW in Seattle, Washington, consists of two tax parcels (King County TPN 276830-0514 and 276830-0115) totaling 30,600 SF (0.705 AC). As shown below, the site currently consists of an existing 5,030 SF restaurant building, a single-lane drive-thru facility, 49-stall asphalt paved parking lot, and associated underground utilities. The primary portion of the 0.705-acre site (TPN 276830-0115) is located on the east side of 14th Ave NW between NW Market Street and NW 54th Street. The auxiliary parking lot (TPN 276830-0514) is located at SE corner of the intersection of NW 54th Street and 14th Ave NW.
