May 8, 2019: Shoreline Substantial Development Application to repair and alter existing bulkhead including placing riprap shore protection, shortening 60 existing piles and steel sheet pile, and removing other deteriorated piles. Project includes dredging and removal of 260 cu. yds. of material (includes removal of 60 cu. yds. of contaminated sediment), placing 3, 910 cu. yds. of backfill, and to add 3,750 cu. yds. of material for bank stabilization.
