Oct. 12, 2018: In an effort to improve safe access at the Cadman/Lehigh Seattle site, we are proposing to shift an existing concrete block wall between 5 and 15 feet from its current location. The sign and existing landscaping in the area will be removed and the area will be paved. We are also seeking to add an additional access point to allow site traffic to exit onto the public alley to the south (between Cadman and United Warehouse). This would entail removing a section of the existing fence and installing a gate. The gate will be less than 8' high and will be in two segments which will open parallel to the existing fence.
